You can book your Air France Concierge service from the moment you make your booking until 6 PM, the day before your flight departs from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
After booking the Concierge option :
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your purchase is finalized
- You will receive a reminder email, between 4 and 6 days before your departure, with details for your pick-up
- Your concierge will call you from 72 hours before your flight's departure to finalize the details of your personalized accompaniment (determine your pick-up location and time, the number of baggage items to be checked and your specific needs).
