How to submit a request online
When you are booking online,
- After having selected your flights:
- Select "I need special assistance" in the Passenger section
- Select all the fields that apply to your situation and needs.
We will get in touch with you directly if we need additional information regarding your request.
Do you have a temporary mobility issue?
You can request assistance when you book online or from the My Bookings tab on our website.

Useful information
- Consider booking a direct flight in order to ensure a smooth trip and minimize the handling of your wheelchair.
- Does your trip include a connecting flight? We recommend allowing a minimum of 1.5 hours transit time between your flights.
- Is your flight operated by a partner airline? If your flight is operated by one of our airline partners, their rules will apply.
- If you have booked your flight with Air France and requested special assistance, we will transfer your request to the airline operating your flight. We recommend that you contact the partner airline to check if your request was received.
